Terms & Conditions

Payment


10% booking is required on confirmation of an event.
40% of the price is required two weeks before the event for the purchasing of materials.
Payment of the balance is required within two weeks of the event.


Cancellation


Once a booking is made staff and kitchen time is reserved and any other events that come in later will be refused. Therefore cancellation charges are payable for any cancellation of a confirmed event. Minimum cancellation charge is 10%; this will increase to 50 % within two weeks of the event and up to 100 % within the week.


Cleaning Up


We always leave an event as neat and tidy as possible and undertake to completely clean up any kitchen we use.
Unless otherwise arranged, rubbish will be neatly bagged up and left for your dustman to collect.
